Our clients rely on solid expertise, state-of-the-art CAE technologies and innovative simulation methods to achieve their development goals. Together, we shape the path from the initial phase to series production – practical, precise and with a clear focus on efficiency.

Through close collaboration between our CAE engineers, design and testing teams, reliable results are achieved in a short time, making a significant contribution to accelerating project progress.

Using our tools, methods and computing resources, we support our clients flexibly, efficiently and with a clear focus. If required, we integrate seamlessly into existing simulation environments.

The result: products that reach their target not only faster, but also better.

Vehicle safety plays a central role in the development of new vehicles and is crucial for protecting occupants and other road users.

With expert knowledge and many years of experience, we develop innovative vehicle structures, robust restraint systems and functionally safe seats that meet the latest safety standards.

The aim of manufacturers is to further increase driving comfort with each new generation of vehicles. Reducing disruptive vibrations and audible noise is a key task in this regard.

With the introduction of alternative drive systems, the noise level in vehicles has fallen due to the nature of the systems themselves. This requires improved vibration design of components and adaptation of sound insulation measures in vehicles.

We use state-of-the-art CAE tools to optimise the behaviour of parts, components and the entire vehicle.

The powertrain is one of the most important assemblies in a vehicle. It must be efficient and powerful, while also operating quietly and without vibration. Optimising vibration and noise behaviour is therefore a key task in vehicle development.

By simulating vibrations and analysing acoustic properties, unwanted noises, vibrations and the associated loss of comfort can be avoided. This leads to an improvement in the driving experience and an increase in the overall quality of the vehicle.

By using innovative simulation techniques, we can make precise predictions about the behaviour of individual components under real conditions. Various loads, materials and geometries are tested virtually in order to find the best solutions for optimal interaction with the body and chassis.

Meshed models are essential for CAE simulation. Components and their fixings must be accurately represented in order to enable realistic simulation of physical influences such as mechanical loads, thermal effects or flow dynamics.

When creating a model, the geometry of the component is divided into small, calculable units (elements) that are connected to each other by nodes. The quality and accuracy of this meshing has a significant influence on the validity of the simulation results.

Our CAE engineers have years of experience in modelling and know exactly what is important. This is the basis for reliable calculation results.
