GHBMC Virtual Human Body Models approved for the use in Euro NCAP Simulations for Frontal Impacts
We are pleased to inform you that the GHBMC M50 models have been certified by Euro NCAP in accordance with the requirements set out in the Technical Bulletin, “Qualification Procedure for Human Body Models (HBMs)” (CP550). The models are therefore approved for use in simulations according to “Human Body Model Simulations in Frontal Impacts” (CP551).
This certification allows the GHBMC models to be used in CAE simulations for frontal impact assessments and occupant protection scenarios, in accordance with Euro NCAP. The models can be seamlessly integrated into customers‘ virtual development environments to ensure compliance with the latest Euro NCAP requirements.
GHBMC models are available for the FE solvers LS-DYNA, ESI VPS, and Radioss®.
